What is live

Public listings, business display names, photos, and descriptions can be viewed by anyone. Sign in with ChatGPT to create a profile, post up to three active listings, or exchange private inquiries and trade proposals. There is no confirmed service booking. Plans and boosts use the availability shown on the Plans page; paid checkout stays disabled until connected and tested. Giving and giveaways are not open. The separate sample marketplace remains a simulation.

Your information

ChatGPT supplies your account ID and basic profile information for sign-in. Gotcha uses your account ID to connect your profile, listings, reports, blocks, and conversations. We store this content in the hosting platform’s database and photo storage. Your sign-in email is not displayed to other marketplace users. Conversations are returned only to the sender and recipient. Listing reports are reviewed by the app owner.

Only upload photos you have permission to share. Do not upload identification, payment details, private addresses, sensitive records, or photos whose location metadata you do not want shared. Photos are stored as uploaded and may retain metadata. No advertising trackers or card collection are added by this app. The hosting and sign-in providers operate their own authentication, cookies, security logs, and policies.

Control your content

Edit or remove your listings through Explore. Use Account to unblock users or delete your Gotcha profile, listings, photos, and conversations. Deletion is permanent within the app; provider backups and security records may follow their own retention practices. Deleting Gotcha data does not delete your ChatGPT account. Billing references and trial-use records may be retained for billing administration and abuse prevention. Cancel any paid subscription before deleting your data. The older demo separately stores activity in your browser; its reset control clears that local data.

Be a good neighbor

Adults 18 and older only during early access. Post accurate descriptions and prices. No illegal goods or services, harassment, discrimination, scams, impersonation, or content you do not have rights to share. Do not claim verification or licensing unless accurate. Businesses are responsible for applicable permits, qualifications, and their own services.

Agree on scope, price, travel fees, trade terms, cancellation, and meeting arrangements directly. A listing or message does not guarantee availability, quality, safety, or fulfillment. Never send card information through messages. Meet safely and verify who you are dealing with.

Reports and support

Signed-in users can use Report listing to send concerns or support requests to the app owner. Use Block user to stop messages and hide that person’s listings. Reports are queued for manual review and are not an emergency service. The owner may hide listings that violate these rules. Email notifications and continuous moderation coverage are not provided during early access.

Features may change and service can be interrupted while this early-access app is tested. This is a web app; it is not an Apple App Store or Google Play release.
